      • Manage deadlines, workload, and benchmarks for a team of 20 freelance CAD drafters across the globe

    • Special Projects:
      • Updated the Chicago, suburb, and railroad drawing templates used company wide
        • In charge of designing new drawing layouts which are more visually appealing and solve multiple efficiency problems, such as having to attach custom traffic control plans as images, having inconsistent borders and view-ports, and having to manually edit values which repeat on each page
      • Synchronization Script
        • In charge of creating a script which would increase project tracking efficiency. The goal of this script was to exchange information between the Smartsheet API and the Teamwork API, removing the time it takes to manually input this information. Interviews and user experiences were studied to refine the project requirements. The code for this project was written in Python
